STRATA Risk & Inspection was founded by Jeffrey Trenery, whose professional background includes extensive experience evaluating complex systems in environments where safety, accuracy, and documentation are critical.

His work includes military quality assurance supporting inspection and verification of nuclear naval vessel systems, along with extensive field operations in fire prevention, hazardous materials, confined-space, and advanced technical rescue.

Jeffrey also brings experience in general construction and more than two decades performing residential, commercial, industrial, and military facility inspections across Alaska, Washington, and California.

This combined background in quality assurance, construction, emergency response, and field inspection forms the foundation of STRATA’s approach to property condition analysis and the safe use of advanced inspection technologies.
